Ash reports around New Zealand

Yes, it has now been more than a year since I went to NZ. Yes, this blog is still empty. It is likely to remain that way until I come back from the UK at least... maybe it will remain like this until I am retired and living in an old people's home. This might be slightly confusing. Anyway, I went backpacking around New Zealand at the start of 2005 and I kept a travel diary... but only in the old fashioned pen and paper form. So now I've decided, finally, to put it online with some of my photos and stuff for my own memory and also as a bit of a resource maybe for people planning trips to NZ. That is why it will all be back dated heaps. Yes, it has taken nearly a year for me to do this. I've been pretty busy sorry!
